Maya partnered with Femella to design and deliver a strategic negotiation workshop for young women, focused on building both the mindset and practical skills required to navigate high-stakes conversations with clarity and confidence.
The workshop combined negotiation frameworks with applied learning, exploring preparation, power dynamics, and the psychology of influence. Through interactive exercises, and real-time coaching, participants developed the ability to articulate their value, and engage in negotiation as a relational and strategic process. All while reflecting on their own relationship to power, voice, and self-perception, bridging technical skill-building with personal development.
