Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of organisations do you work with?
We work with organisations of all sizes and sectors, as long as there is alignment with our values and we believe our approach can make a meaningful difference. While much of our work is with NGOs, non-profits, and mission-driven institutions, we also support corporate teams, educational institutions, and government agencies who are committed to fostering healthier, more resilient cultures.
Do you work with individuals?
Absolutely. We believe change starts at the individual level so we also offer one-on-one coaching, therapy, and support for leaders, managers, and individuals navigating complex or high-stakes situations. This may include conflict coaching, leadership development, counselling, or resilience support during times of stress or transition.
What does trauma-informed mean in your work?
Being trauma-informed means we recognise the impact that stress, crisis, and exposure to difficult content can have on individuals and teams. We integrate this awareness into all of our services, ensuring psychological safety, compassionate facilitation, and approaches that support resilience and wellbeing alongside problem-solving.
How do you tailor your services to different organisations?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your organisation’s unique context, challenges, and goals, as well as our connection to you. From there, we design bespoke interventions, whether that’s a one-off facilitation, an ongoing coaching engagement, or a comprehensive training program.
How do we know if your services are right for us?
Our services are right for you if you are striving to build peace in the midst of complexity, whether that means navigating internal tensions, leading through crisis, or bridging divides in highly polarised environments. We specialise in supporting organisations and individuals who are committed to turning difficult situations into opportunities for deeper connection, resilience, and lasting transformation. In high-stakes contexts where trust and resilience are easily eroded, we provide approaches that create safety, restore dialogue, and strengthen your ability to move forward together. If you are ready to move beyond managing conflict into actively cultivating collaboration and trust, we can help.
What makes your practice unique?
What makes us unique is not only our combined expertise, but the perspective we’ve gained walking alongside people and organisations doing some of the hardest work in the world. We’ve supported teams at leading human rights organisations like Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, as well as communities across Asia, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the US. These experiences have shown us both the cost of unresolved conflict and the possibility of healing when dialogue and care are prioritised. We bring that lived understanding into every partnership, meeting people where they are, and helping them move toward greater trust and resilience.
