Peace is local everywhere

Regions of Expertise

  • United States

Our team is also deeply rooted in the United States, and bring experience spanning government, non-profit, grassroots, academic, and medical sectors, with a shared commitment to inclusive, systems-level impact. Our backgrounds include community organizing, policy analysis, and academic research, as well as work with healthcare institutions and civic organisations on issues of equity, dialogue, and social cohesion. This combination of practical and research-based expertise allows us to navigate U.S. institutional landscapes and foster meaningful collaboration across cultural and political divides.

  • United Kingdom

Our team has extensive experience across policy and public affairs in the UK, bridging political and grassroots engagement to advance collaborative, values-driven change. We have worked across sectors including clean energy, local government, infrastructure, and law, supporting partners to navigate complexity and strengthen relationships among diverse stakeholders. Our work has included consulting for non-profit organisations on conflict resolution and peacebuilding initiatives, as well as advising corporate clients on intentional leadership and change management.

    Latin America

Our team has supported local, national, and international women’s rights organizations across Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and El Salvador to investigate and address gender-based violence. This work has included leading policy advocacy efforts to strengthen national legislation protecting women’s rights and reducing impunity for crimes against women and girls. We have engaged collaboratively with key stakeholders, ranging from government institutions and human rights defenders to law enforcement agencies and NGOs—to advance systemic change.

  • Middle East

Specifically in regards to Palestine and Israel, we have provided training, leadership, and program consultation to a range of entities. We have supported a network of over 30 local NGO’s in adopting trauma-informed and responsive approaches to peacebuilding and community-based group facilitation. In addition, our team has conducted both formal and informal dialogues in London and the United States, bringing together community members and mediating between Israeli Jewish and Palestinian Arab communities to foster understanding and constructive engagement.

    Africa

Across East and Southern Africa, we have provided capacity building and trauma-informed consultation to regional networks of NGOs working to prevent and respond to gender-based violence. Our approach has supported the design and implementation of culturally grounded, community-level prevention interventions, particularly in Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, and Botswana. This work has involved close collaboration with grassroots organisers, healthcare providers, legal advocates, and regional coalitions to strengthen policy frameworks and shift public awareness around the structural causes of violence.

    Asia

With deep roots in Singapore and a strong grounding in Southeast and South Asian dynamics, our experience spans regional policy, media, and education. Contributions to ASEAN policy discussions have focused on issues such as digital privacy and foreign interference, alongside work in journalism and documentary-making that has explored evolving regional narratives. Field engagement in Myanmar and Cambodia has included support for education reform and teacher training, complemented by regional research on governance and development through a cross-cultural lens.
