Dialogue, peacebuilding, and human rights services

Heather and Maya began their joint practice through advisory work for Amnesty International, one of the world’s leading human rights organizations. Invited through Amnesty’s global conflict resolution roster, they provide expertise in dialogue facilitation, mediation, and organizational resilience, working with staff, leadership, and national entities in building internal peacebuilding capacity.

Their approach blends trauma-informed peacebuilding with practical conflict resolution tools, they work with Amnesty to integrate sustainable conflict transformation practices into its leadership and field programs. Through targeted training, coaching, and facilitated dialogue, Heather and Maya equipped teams to respond to conflict not as disruption, but as a driver of cohesion, care, and systemic change—ensuring that human rights work is carried out with both clarity and compassion.
