Conflict transformation, trauma, dialogue, and diplomatic engagement services
Heather Hoffman and Maya Viswa have both collaborated with Columbia University through its School of Professional Studies and Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program. Heather has delivered specialized training on conflict resolution and facilitated dialogue services, including in the wake of the Israel–Palestine conflict, helping Columbia’s communities and faculty navigate complex and sensitive conversations.
And as an alumna of Columbia and former board member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Maya led training sessions for students and alumni on managing conflict and organized high-level events on diplomacy. This included a session with Farah Pandith, former U.S. Special Representative to Muslim Communities and a global leader in countering extremism and cross-cultural engagement.
